If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from VillageGreenMarket.com, simply return the item within 30 days and we will gladly issue you a refund for the price you paid for the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return freight.
All you have to do is send us an e-mail at the following adress Support@VillageGreenMarket.com or call us toll free 866-507-4114 to let us know why you were dissatisfied (we want to keep only the best products on the site and your input is invaluable to us); and we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to ensure we give you the appropriate credit.

To ensure prompt delivery, we offer you several convenient shipping methods from UPS and the USPS. Most orders will ship ground within 24 hours of receipt unless otherwise specified. Order verification is confirmed at order submission and tracking numbers are emailed at time of shipment to follow package status via the carrier's website. We reserve the right to select the most cost effective carrier if the cost difference is significant. This would typically only occur with very heavy packages or delivery to rural areas.

International
In addition to the United States, VillageGreenMarket.com will ship your orders internationally. Shipping outside the contiguous United States will require custom shipping charges and you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval of these charges. International orders ship via USPS and the customer is responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or miscellaneous charges at delivery.
VillageGreenMarket.com reserves the right to change shipping charges from time to time and may elect to waive shipping charges for special promotions. Any changes or promotions will be posted in this space.
Damaged orders should be refused with the carrier and returned to VillageGreenMarket.com. These and any orders that may be lost in shipping will be replaced or a credit applied at your option.
Packaging:
Protecting the environment is a major objective and a commitment at VillageGreenMarket.com. We will always try to use environmentally friendly packaging, recycled / recyclable / biodegradable when possible. However, there may be instances where we may have to use other packaging to protect your order, or if we drop-ship an item from a vendor, we may be subject to their standard packaging. If you should receive a package that does not contain environmentally better packaging we sincerely apologize and will try to reach our goal of 100%.
